Are you asking yourself the question is your wife is a cheat? If so, you will need a bit more to go on than just suspicions.

The first step will be to ask yourself why these suspicions of a cheating wife are appearing in your mind. You could be wrong in what you are thinking, although nine times out of ten most people have found it to be the case.

Intuition is a trait that we all have, but many of us don't pay a great deal of attention to it. We do need to be aware of this because it can be effective. You may not be awrea of this but verbal messages account for under 10% of the information that our brains recieve.

A lot of the information that our brains recieve is through non conscious means. we wil often percieve this as a certain feeling that something is not right, this is our intuition.

You will have this notion because you will have found your wife acting differently around you. If you are starting to notice changes, the one thing you should avoid is making accusations without any proof.

Everything is just hearsay at the moment, without any real evidence. Try not to let your wife see that you have these doubts and suspicions about her. If you let her know that you are onto her, she will only cool things off for a short time. Her being extra careful is not want you want, let her carry on until you can back up your suspicions.

This will give you the time you need to get more evidence to prove that your suspicions are right. You need to have enough information so that it makes denial impossible.

Once you know for certain that your wife is cheating, you will then need to make a decision as to what you are going to do. This is not going to be easy for you to do. Do you think you might have pushed your wife into someone else's arms, it may be you that has changed.

She loved you enough to marry you. You need to work out what changed. When you have thought things over it is then up to you to how you deal with things and what you want from this marriage. You will need to decide whether there is any chance of the marriage moving forward, or if it is over.

You could be wrong maybe your wife is not cheating on you at all. You may have just jumped to the wrong conclusion. So confronting her at the moment is not really the right way to go about it just yet. Before you rush into taking any form of action you must be certain that your wife is cheating in the first place.
