Here is something you can do: Create a listing of all of the things you love about you. Alright, if love is too intense a word, look around for what you really like and admire concerning you. Maybe your hair, or perhaps your skin? What about your hands and fingernails? What do your friends praise you for? Your task is to find 25 things about yourself that you like, approve of, love, appreciate, or are unique to you. Add to this list whenever you think of more.
