Love is a super high vibration. Appreciative energy is close to the top as well. Are you in the mindset of appreciation, love and high-level vibrations regularly? Good.
Even if you realize your disposition heading down the emotion scale, in just a matter of moments you can raise it again.
Use memories that make you feel happy. Imagine your little niece, or when your pet was a baby. Think of things that allow yourself to feel good. Do some things that make you feel good. You really can use the Law of Attraction with great success, and it's fun too!
Find anything to appreciate. It doesn’t make a difference if it has already happened or is happening in your life right now. For example, think about the moment your child arrived into this world. Give some love to your pet. Toss a ball to your dog. Buy a bubble-blowing kit. Get some exercise. Go for a walk. Watch the squirrels playing. Listen to music that makes you feel good. Breathe deeply. Can you find thanks for the simple fact that you have ten working fingers? What about your ten toes? How about the roof over your head? Fresh water and plenty of food? Do you appreciate the electricity and the highways we drive on? What about indoor plumbing? Do you have family and friends that care about you? Imagine the hundreds of ways you can be grateful and appreciate. We are so very blessed.
There are so many ways you can use to raise your vibration. You cannot skip and keep and upset temperament. See for yourself. Giggle. Try to juggle. Make silly faces in the mirror. If you are feeling really down, I suggest ice cream or cookies. Using the Law of Attraction is a hugely powerful tool for Relationship Attraction, and is simple to understand. Take a nap or choose a diversion. It won't be an unconscious act if you deliberately will it.
Watch how much better you feel when you deliberately choose something instead of simply unconsciously cramming yourself with sweets.
