Love is a super powerful vibrational energy. Appreciation is also a super high vibration. Are you practicing appreciation, love and high vibrations regularly? Great.
Even if you find your mood going down the emotion scale, in only a matter of minutes you can raise it again.
Use memories that make you feel good. Think of your little niece, or when your cat was a kitten. Think of things that make you feel good. Do some things that make you feel happy. You really can use the Law of Attraction with great success, and it's fun too!
Find something to appreciate. It does not make a difference if it has already happened or is happening in your life currently. For example, appreciate the moment your daughter was born. Give some love to your pet. Toss a ball to your dog. Blow bubbles. Do jumping jacks. Go for a walk. Watch the squirrels in your yard and their infinite energy. Listen to music that makes you feel good. Breathe deeply. Can you find thanks for the simple fact that you have ten working fingers? What about your ten toes? How about the roof over your head? Clean water and an abundance of food? Do you appreciate the electricity and the paved roads we drive on? What about indoor plumbing? Do you have family and friends that love you? Think of the hundreds of ways you can be grateful and appreciate. We are so very blessed.
There are so many ways you can use to raise your vibration. You cannot do something you love and stay mad. Try it. Giggle. Juggle (or try). Make distortions of your face in your bathroom mirror. If you are feeling truly lousy, try ice cream or cookies. Using the Law of Attraction is a hugely powerful tool for Relationship Attraction, and is simple to understand. Try a nap or create a diversion. It won't be an unconscious act if you deliberately will it.
Notice how much better you feel when you consciously make a choice about something instead of simply unconsciously cramming yourself with sweets. You could eat a cookie or two and halt your eating instead of mindlessly emptying the bag.
