So you would enjoy learn to love again after being hurt from a difficult break-up. Getting advice from friends and family can sometimes be the worst place to turn if you desire to mend your soul and open your heart again.
If you're having relationship advice dilemmas due to someone in the past had had an affair, it is possible to love again. A huge breach of trust can feel very cumbersome and have the power to persist. Similarly, you should find peace and a healthy state of mind before you can continue on with your life. I recommend that you be gentle and easy on yourself and keep finding the place of forgiveness and release. You want to attract a relationship with a person you can trust and open your heart with completely, so you need to get rid of any lingering negative vibrations.
Sometimes it is a worn out story we tell ourselves and others that has us creating excuses, or making excuses for our negative disposition.
Think about the "truths" you have concerning yourself. I hope you're analyzing the strong limitations that were instilled at a young age; the stories (that live like reality) concerning you and why you haven't been successful, why you do not deserve, why you're not good enough in the area of relationships or just life in general.
I'd like you to come up with a sentence that summarizes that shadow side or illogical belief. I call it an illogical belief since you have some how gone through life taking care of yourselves incredibly successfully in a number of ways. You're proficient in many areas, you excel in some areas and you're down-right brilliant in others. You have high competencies and skills that, on the echelon of the intelligence, prove to yourself that you ARE good enough – in some cases absolutely stunning.
What was that early motto, call it your 'life sentence' that summarizes a deeply held belief that has nothing to do with your logic or intelligence. Create a new life sentence such as an affirmation that supports and strengthens you. You can recieve free Relationship Advice for Women After Divorce.
