Making Your Anniversary Extra Special
Anniversaries are always a fuss – especially if you want it to be extra special for both you and your partner. You have to make preparations, plan everything, execute it, and notice even the small details. However you want that date to be, you surely would want to make it more special.
Keep in your mind to make a good plan beforehand. Setting everything would give you a blueprint as to how you want that big day to be for the two of you. Would you want something intimate, or would you want to have it in a fancy hotel restaurant? However you want it to be, you need to make sure that it would be something that is absolutely memorable.
Girls would probably prioritize what they should wear. Depending on your supposed date, you should always look your best. Just a warning, though, because you should never look too overdone. Your makeup should stick to the natural but fresh look.
The gentlemen should also mind their looks. You would probably want to look as the most handsome man for her, so keep your face shaved. A button down shirt paired with a pair of classic pants should do the trick. Make sure that they are ironed, too. In addition, remember to always smile – she would definitely appreciate it. Wear her favorite perfume of yours and let her smell you all night.
For those who love to make something personal, scrapbooks which detail how you two met and your memories together would be nice. It could also serve as a great photo album for the two of you. There are many scrapbooking tools which can help you compile all your favorite things together. Spice it up with movie tickets, little love notes, first time date receipts and other things which mean a lot to both of you. You can make it together on your anniversary date, and fill it as you go on with your relationship.
For a surprise date, then just be sure that it would really be a surprise. On the other hand, always try to fish out for information from your partner, because he/she might have something prepared for you, too.
You can choose to prepare a song for him or her. Pick out a memorable song for the two of you, or choose something that would best describe your feelings.
