No-one Wants A Dull Wedding
Going to someone else's wedding is something that a lot of people like doing, after all you can get drunk for free, laugh at the groom when the best man dishes out all of the dirt and have a great meal all in the aid of someone you barely even know! I was luckily enough to get down to a wedding at the weekend, I say lucky, it was not that great at all.
Not My Family
One of the worst things about this wedding is that it was not my family which meant that I knew no one there at all really, this meant that apart from my girlfriend there were not that many people actually speaking to me at all. One of the people that I did (kind of know) got drunk within an hour or so and I didn't like her anyway but she just got more and more of my hate as the evening went one.
Hottest Day Of The Year
This couple had to pick a wedding that was not only 90 minutes from where I live but also slap bang in the middle of a city on the hottest day of the year, a day in which I had to wear a suit, tie and shirt. Thanks very much! All in all I would say this was the worst bit of the day because I did not stop sweating at all during the course of the day, it was non stop and very horrible indeed! Another point to add is that the music playing in the evening was terrible, even with many drinks down me I could only get up for a couple of songs.
Positives
The food was delicious, the drinks were free but that was about it when it comes to the positives of the day I am afraid.
They did have a good wedding photographer in Kent that they found in one of thoseserviced offices London, he took great wedding photographs.
