Due to the RAS (reticular activation system) in our brains, we are hard-wired to look for and get what we're looking for. It's the same mechanic in your brain that finds dents in cars all over the place, after you have gotten a dent in your own vehicle.
Set your expectations to see evidence of happy relationships. If the simple thought of searching for positive couples leads you to go into a tailspin, you obviously have a lot of resisting energy that has to be softened. Before you can attract solid Law of Attraction Relationships, you have to first get rid of that resisting energy.
A client of mine, when I asked she search for evidence in her life of happy couples, immediately felt bad because she was not one of them. We needed to start working on the resistance she had to watching other people happy when she was not.
The good news is that if you view it in your environment, then it must be in your vibrational capability. What you are seeing is always a match to what vibrations and beliefs you're transmitting. That is the good news, that Relationship Attraction is possible for you with the Law of Attraction.
Start searching for sights of happy lovers, content relationships, examples of sweet encounters and imagine that could be you. Celebrate that it is showing up. What you want IS finding you! Law of Attraction Love is out there looking for you, so go get it!
When I was creating and attracting the love of my dreams, I remember hearing a woman on the phone with her sweety. Right before she hung up, she said "I love you too, honey".
After that I thought, I like that. I like that he said "I love you" before she did. I put the tidbit in my little bag of evidence of another property of what he was going to be like.
