Signs Of A Cheating Spouse
To find out how to catch a cheating spouse, it’s important to fully understand the situation first. It can be hard to catch a cheating spouse – a lot of people are strongly inclined to trust their spouse, the same trust their spouses take advantage of. Knowing the truth can be excruciating, which is why some people will overlook if their partner is cheating since they do not want to think about.
Since everyone's situation is unique, it is difficult to come up with a checklist of behaviors that would determine if your spouse is cheating. With that said, here is some things to take notice of
Has your partner been forced to attend more work meetings, perhaps working on weekends or late, or going out with friends more? What about 4 hour dog walks or the 3 hour grocery runs to the store? If there is money that has been spent, yet has been unaccounted for, this is something to certainly raise a brow to. If your spouse is hiding bill and gives you no access to know whats being spent, its time to start questioning.
Cheating partners might have change in attitude. Your partner might be withdrawn and may care less about everything, including your children and you. Issues, like money, become a larger deal than before. Your spouse may seem bored with life and seeking something exciting and dangerous. Another sign is your partner may no longer want to do anything anymore.
Your partner may buy a new cell phone or set up a new email account without telling you and they may be particularly possessive over them, like locking the cell phone or erasing the call log. Your spouse might be on their computer more than normal, especially after you go to sleep. If your spouse has began deleting emails that are incoming, although he/she may have let them accumulate before, this could be a sign of infidelity.
If there is infidelity in your relationship, there are some things that may change. Its normal for a cheating partner to act out towards you out of guilt. The cheating spouse might think that it is your fault, which makes the infidelity right in their minds and the reason why are abusive or cold towards you. Another sign is how much sex you and your spouse may change. If your sex life with your partner is lacking, but hasn't in the past, this might be a sign. Also, a cheating spouse may want more sex with you to avoid raising doubts. If your partner is cheating on you, they will want to know where you'll be and when to make sure they can fit their affair around your schedule.
Unless you have evidence, do not confront or accuse your partner of cheating if you suspect it. Talking with your partner about if they are having an affair won't be helpful to you or them; unless it is clearly evident they were unfaithful, your partner might not admit to having an affair. These signs should not be looked at individually, but in context of everything. Most importantly, use your intuition! If something is not right, then most likely it is not. Trust your feelings.
