Technology And Wedding Photography
When people think of wedding day photos they often do not think about how far the technology has actually come over the years. I am going to dive a little bit deeper into how far it has come and what has helped it to become such a great industry to be in.
The Olden Days
Back in the olden days (around twenty odd years ago) you would find that when you hired someone to come and take your wedding photos it would be a big commitment and one that would cost you a lot of money. It would be the same kind of process as you see now and they would be there for the whole day. So where is the difference? Gaining the photos back then was a bit tougher and the photographer would have to develop them all and bunch them in a folder. This would then come to you for you to decide which photos you wanted and of course the negatives you wanted to keep in case you wanted more made.
The Now
The same kind of practices happen nowadays but all of them are sent to you via CD, DVD, USB, Email and sometimes all of these. This not only makes things a lot easier but also makes things cheaper and allows copies to be sent around without spending too much money. You are still going to have to sit down with the photographer you are thinking about hiring to see if they are any good and this is a very important step!
In the end not much has changed when it comes t that wedding photography Hampshire but it has allowed things to become a lot easier when it comes to it all!
of course how you have your photographer take all of your photos and what you do on your big day is up to you and as long as you are making all of the right decisions and doing everything in the right way you will have a great day!
