This shortens the search for people that have usual names. If the name is not so common you will be able to find someone free by name using just the simple search that I talked about earlier.
If the person you seek is an usual user of the net I can guarantee you that this is one way that you can locate a person by name at no charge. If you do not get any luck with one search engine then try another, but the chances of that are quite slim.
