What's the best way to release the hurts from my former marriage? Is marriage relationship coaching what I need?
A woman named Helen from Ohio asked me about letting herself forgive her Ex so she could get past the pain with her life. Helen really desires to attract a soul mate that will not only last forever, but one that will also become more intimate with time. Many people appreciate that question. They can understand the void they're holding on to from a past failed marriage. Coaching for your marriage, whether it ended years ago or is a current marriage can help. A few life coaching sessions specific to your marriage predicaments can be greatly illuminating.
Before you read any further, you need to congratulate yourself for actually DESIRING to forgive your ex-spouse. That is huge. If you will set your desire to give away a little bit each day, within a very small amount of time you'll see your energy lift and dissapear. It's absolutely necessary to release even for those who don't think there's anything left to forgive. Forgiveness is an ongoing process and one that frees YOU the most. Another great exercise is to access some thoughts that you liked about your former relationship. These things don't have to be related to the relationship. Perhaps you enjoyed the way he fixed things. Or you liked what a tightly knit group of budd‌ies he has. Maybe you liked his smile. It can be anything. The point is to begin to search for aspects that you liked. You do this for no other reason than to change your energy about him. You lighten up your energy.
When you forgive you generate space. Space to attain more of what's wanted. And for all of us, what's desired is to receive more love.
