It is terribly upsetting for both people in a relationship when there are jealousy issues involved. The person that is jealous can sometimes get so jealous that the other person can not handle it any longer and leaves. Dealing with jealousy can cause you to have fear and anxieties over some things that you really should not be worried about.

Explain to your partner why you have the insecure and jealous feelings that you have and maybe they can reassure you so you may can get rid of your fears. Therapy may also help you if talking to your partner does not work. Therapy will help you with self esteem or self confidence problems.
Chances are that you will not have to resort to therapy once you start talking openly with your partner about your feelings. If they are doing something particular that makes you jealous try telling them about it. They can then avoid that action until you feel more secure with yourself and your relationship.
