Cheating on the person that you are in a relationship with is not a good thing. And society even thinks that it is worse if a woman does the cheating. Basically since women are less aggressive than men which makes them more improbable to cheat. In fact, there is a common saying which says that men are born polygamous. And, never has there been a saying about women being born polygamous.
With the changing society today, more and more women are getting involved with cheating. Today, it is not only the men who can cheat on their girlfriends and wives but the women can also cheat on their boyfriends and husbands. You may definitely have heard of or actually seen a woman who has cheated on another person. And these changing situations make a lot of people wonder if the reasons that make women cheat are the same reasons that make men cheat.
Fact is, there can be a lot of possible reasons why both men and women succumb to cheating. One of the usual reasons that lead women to cheat is when their needs are unfulfilled or taken for granted. Every person, regardless of gender or age, has specific needs for love, attention, affection, and others. A woman may begin to cheat if any of these needs are already taken for granted by the person that she is with.
More often than not, the most common reason behind the incapacity of a man to fulfill the woman’s needs is preoccupation. Aside from being busy with his wife or girlfriend, man could be busy with a lot of things like work, friends, parents, and siblings. All these things or persons will have to compete for the man’s attention. Sometimes, there are lots of problems in the office that most of his undivided attention will be focused on that. While on some other days, the focus can be problems with regards to his dad and mom.
And a man usually loses sight of his responsibility to give his girlfriend or wife his undivided attention in times like these. And in order to get his attention, the woman oftentimes tells him about her needs also. But if this statement falls on deaf ears, chances are the woman will get fed up and start looking for somebody else who will be there to give her the love and attention that she deserves.
Another instance that is common in women who cheat is when a better man starts wooing her. Sad to say that some women fall into this trap although they are already married or in a relationship.
These are just a few reasons on why women cheat. And the capability of some women to cheat only shows the fact that temptation is everywhere, regardless if you are a man or a woman.
